About Frans
| Frans Mulder lives in a small country town called Bedford, in the Eastern Cape of South Africa. Surrounded by some of the best game parks in this remarkable country – he truly lives an artist’s dream. His studio is a large converted old barn allowing him the space to recreate, in oil, the images he has captured on film – as true to life size as possible. |  | |
 | He was born in the Eastern Cape and studied fine art in Port Elizabeth (BFA). Frans has been painting wildlife since 1972. He has owned and managed his own studios as well as exhibiting his unique works throughout the country in selected galleries, corporations and wildlife conservation trusts. Scheduled exhibitions will be displayed in the scrolling area on the home page. | |
Frans’ paintings have proud place on the walls of many homes and corporations around the world. It is Frans’ intention to highlight the plight of endangered African wildlife through his magnificent works and he is a proud member and sponsor, through the sale of his art, of the World Wildlife Fund. |  | |
